  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • During peak seasons, drops, or sales events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.


Domestic Shipping (Within [Your Country])

We offer the following standard options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping times begin after order processing is completed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


International Shipping

AKARMA ships worldwide.

  • International Standard: 7–21 business days

  • International Express: 3–7 business days (may vary by destination)

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs processing times may extend delivery estimates.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees.

  • AKARMA is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.

  • AKARMA is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

  • If your items arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or store credit when applicable.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes in some countries due to carrier limitations.

  • Certain items or locations may experience longer transit times.
