1. Return Eligibility
• All products are currently eligible for return or size exchange.
• Size exchanges are allowed if the customer requests a different size.
• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery to be eligible.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.


2. Refund Conditions
• Refunds are only issued if the fault lies on our side (e.g., defective or wrong item).
• If the product is not faulty or the issue is not due to Akarma, refunds may not be processed.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


3. Return Process
• Before initiating a return, please contact our customer support via email or phone.
• This allows us to verify the reason for return and guide you through the process.
• Returns may be accepted for genuine reasons at our discretion.

4. Return Shipping Charges
• In general, return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
• However, if we determine the fault is on our side, we will cover the shipping cost.

6. Damaged During Shipping

• Damaged product claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
